International orders

We use International Express Service for all international deliveries. Let about 5-12 days for delivery. There may be further delays in the months of September to March because of the high demand and heavy load on postal services and customs. International orders may be subject to import taxes / fees. For information, contact your local customs authority. Such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by www.spweddingevents.co.uk.

1.Please confirm your shipping address before pay for it, you are best to leave the phone number to contact. Please provide a valid e-mail address and check emails after you have purchased for any updated information.
2. Items are generally shipped out within 2 business days after payment has been confirmed (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded.).
3. All products are shipped worldwide. When we ship your package, we will send you the tracking number when available. Packages sailing time normally takes 7 to 12 business days, depending on the destination, holidays and factors beyond Postal Service control. If there is a delay, you need to have more patience.


If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. 29% cancellation fee applies. Majority of orders are shipped within 1-2 days from order date. Shipped orders can not be canceled.


In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace / repair the products at no cost to the customer.
To return an item, please contact us and inform us of the reason. We will then give you further instructions.


To exchange a product, contact us and inform us of the reason. We will then give you further instructions. The goods can be exchanged within 8 days of the receipt date provided they are unworn and in original condition with all original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, make sure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods is responsible for the consumer.

We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost packages. For overseas orders this process can take up to 30 days.
